The home of award-winning pies. From our kitchens in Leigh on Sea, Essex, we produce our exciting range of high-quality pies, handmade by chefs, not machines! They are all pressed by hand using our pie presses, Our range of very popular pies have been developed over many years and have proven to be a great success, both in the trade field and at selected butchers, farm shops and delis. We select our ingredients from local farms and independent suppliers where possible, and love to create new products, collaborating with fellow artisan producers, incorporating their ingredients to produce consistent and quality dishes. We recently created a limited-edition range of pies collaborating with Bloody Bens Gin.

We can produce pies in various shapes and sizes or a bespoke shape/size to a required individual recipe, whether it is for restaurants, pubs, or retail.
